We are also an installer-owned company, very few stores in Michigan operate this way. As installer-operators, we won't even touch a low quality product. It is likely that your salesperson will also be your installer! This means you won't be over-sold by an advantageous sales rep- only for a separate install company to show up and under-deliver on those promises. We DO NOT sub-contract our installations.
